You can make life better for someone who is in danger or unjustly imprisoned by sending a card with a friendly greeting or message of solidarity.

Each year Amnesty supporters around the world send thousands of cards to people who have been unjustly imprisoned or stripped of their human rights.

These cards offer hope to them and their families, often making it easier for them to cope and can even spark real change in their situation as their abusers realise the world is watching them.

This year we are telling 32 stories, of individuals, families and communities, all of whom would really appreciate your message of support this season.
