A Leeds man who spent 18 years on death row in Pakistan has spoken to students at a Halifax school about his ordeal.

A month after his release, Mirza Tahir Hussain said he was slowly coming to terms with his freedom. Harry Gration reports.

Amnesty (among other organisations and activists) campaigned for Mirza Hussain's release from death row in Pakistan in 2006. I found an interesting video with Mirza speaking to students about it, on the beeb's website.
