The 22nd of July is marked yearly in The Gambia as Revolution Day- the day president Yahya Jammeh seized power in a coup 15 years ago.

Many Gambians however will not be celebrating.

Gambian exiles in London marked the anniversary a day early, with a protest demonstration outside their high commission
