We, the undersigned, were deeply concerned to hear of the U.S. Supreme Court's denial of a writ of certiorari for Troy Anthony Davis, a Georgia death row inmate, a quite probably innocent man facing an execution scheduled for October 27, 2008, and respectively urge you to reverse your prior (Sept. 22) judgement, and grant Mr. Davis a new trial.
