    <description>Lefteris Pitarakis managed to enter Gaza through Egypt on the first day of the ceasefire on January 18, 2009. He covered the aftermath, in the refugee camps and the towns in Jabaliya, Zeitoun, all over the northern Gaza Strip but also Rafah in the southern border with Egypt. </description>
