we are talking to all people in all around the world we need their freedom.we want PEYMAN FATTAHI become free immediately
Peyman Fatahi's situation is most harrowing, and just one in a relentless catalogue of human rights violations, which only serve to weaken Iranian civil society. Yet the strength of the civil rights movements, particularly it seems of the Iranian women's movements, seems to escalate? I do not see how this situation can continue indefinately; another Iran is possible, with so much to offer to itself and the world, and I hope that it is not too far away.

Human rights situation in the Islamic Republic of Iran
Briefing note - February 2009
The human rights situation in the Islamic Republic of Iran has remained particularly dire throughout 2008 and during the first two months of 2009, confirming the pattern of widespread and systematic violations in the country. This poor record is confirmed in all fields, in particular the situation of human rights defenders and other peaceful activists, the repression against minorities and the use of the death penalty.

Today, Iran is the slaughterhouse of freedom. Today every corner of Iran is a place to kill freedom-seeking thoughts. There is not a day passing without hearing the news of journalists` suppressions, arrest and imprisonment of young people with false fabricated charges.
Please help us to gain our rights, the rights mentioned in Declaration of Human Rights, by using international pressures, issuing a declaration against those who are responsible for these crimes and violations, condemning their actions and divulging their measures and informing all the people of the world.
We also ask for quick release of our popular Master and the leader of El-Yasin Community, Master Iliya (Peyman Fattahi), and other imprisoned members of El-Yasin Community persistently.
We request United Nations Organization ask the Iranian government to finish the inquisition system in Iran called DARRM (Department Against Religions and Religious Minorities), the subdivision of Intelligence service of Iran and condemn the inhumane Middle-Ages-like treatments and send all the people who were responsible for these crimes on trial in international courts and punish them in order to fulfill the Declaration of Human Rights and using its power in the world and among the leaders of the world.
Meanwhile, we ask all the supporters of liberty and human rights that not let the dark Middle Ages repeat in Iran by the religious Taliban who use the worst methods of threatening, pressure and torture.
Please help us to gain our rights, the rights mentioned in Declaration of Human Rights, by using international pressures, issuing a declaration against those who are responsible for these crimes and violations, condemning their actions and divulging their measures and informing all the people of the world.
The supporters of Great Master, Iliya

Payman Fattahi, the leader of a group known as the Al-e Yasin was arrested on 14 January 2009 after being summoned to an interrogation session at the Department for Dealing with Religions in the Ministry of Intelligence. Five of his followers – Nazi Hesami , Morteza Rasoulian, Sa’id Sourati, Hamid Sourati and Farhad Moradi - are said to have been arrested the following day. Three are known to have been taken to Section 209 of Evin Prison, which is under the control of the Ministry of Intelligence, but the whereabouts of Payman Fattahi, Farhad Moradi and Morteza Rasoulian remain unknown. Payman Fattahi had previously spent about five months in detention after his arrest in May, during which he was reportedly tortured and interrogated about a variety of alleged offences, including “acting against state security”, “establishing a sect”, and “promoting Christianity and atheism”. The group has also been vilified in state-owned press.

In October Peyman Fatahi was hospitalized after security officials reportedly beat him severely after summoning him for questioning related to his association with a group known as the "Ale-Yasin community." Authorities first arrested Fatahi in June 2007 and conditionally released him after holding him for six months in Evin Prison on charges of "acting against national security." Group members alleged that he was also severely beaten during his 2007 imprisonment.
