Hi Richard, I have put a site about Troy, together for a university project. I feel it is unique, and I hope it will get people interested and supporting the cause. The site is at http://ss-designs.co.uk/troyblog
Would it be possible to use some off of your blog photos ? I am adding images etc. for people to use on the ste. You will also be able to add any if you wish.
Best wishes
Sarah

Hey richard! I'm doing a school project and I'd like to know if I can talk to you or with somebody else about it. thaks a lot!
Thankyou for a great photo! I've been corresponding with Troy for over a year now and his letters never cease to amaze me. Never a word of reproach to the police or law officials. He writes of his profound wish for justice, not for just himself but also for Officer McPhail's family. He is always gentle and never bitter ... and he remembers what I have written in previous letters and never forgets to pass on his best wishes to my husband and to my family. I always look forward to his letters but feel so sad he's still writing them from prison. I sincerely wish for his release soon and a return to his great sister and his family. Wynn M Chapman
Thanks for this photoblog so we can all follow this very important journey you took. Let us hope it is also productive in that Troy will finally be granted a new and fair trial. I can't imagine what goes through his mind in the moments, hours, days and years that he is locked up - amazing that he can still smile. But now he has reason to hope, finally, due to the tireless support of his loved ones, you, and all others who have fought for him - thanks to everyone at Amnesty for your hard work. May Troy be vindicated and stand a free man again soon!
Great to see pictures of Troy.Amazing to see him smile. His smile gives hope.
Thank you Rich .You are an example for our generation.IYou have a very mercy soul. You are incredible . xx
It's weird but nice at the same time to see Troy's smile in spite of his situation. What you all are doing means everything to him. I think that receiving the help from the others is one of the most beautiful feeling one can feel while we are in this world.
Love (and support) from Italy xx
the Altanta by night pic is amazing, wow!
Thanks for the update & have a nice day!
I guess this is one of the reasons why life is so rich and wonderful: You have the dark death penalty and then you have Troy's beautiful smile and then you have the curiosity look of that lovely goat!
Thank you a thousand times. The smallest things are the most meaningful.
don't give up!
Congrats for all of you!
Keep working!
Many people around the world are supporting you
Kisses from here

THANK YOU
Troy seems happy! - in what their situation allows it to him. This support manifestation with that visit gives him a light of hope, to him and his family, to continue fighting for his innocence.
I’m very happy for you, for Amnesty International and, obviously, for Troy. These actions contribute considerably to this world so that it can change some day... I trust
We are very proud of you , Rich!
Once again: excuse me my bad english... Just I want to express my support in some way ;)
A BIG hug from Colombia!
Most of us have known about Troy's case because of you, Richard.
Thanks for sharing your commitment with us.
Good for you all, and I hope this helps Troy and his family in their fight for freedom
Big, big hug from South America
you are all amazing - thank you for being you... and its great to see that smile!
you´re amazing ppl! the world is listening!
Thank you so much for doing this, Richard, it is really inspiring!

Hi Richard. First I must congratulate you for everything you are doing. Sometimes being a known person has benefits in the things you want to communicate. I congratulate you for what you do.
And second, I think this case is the example of the injustices committed by the humans, abuse of power and besides racism. I think Troy at innocent as you have said, and just to prove that they can not be wrong even have arrested him. Sometimes the people don´t understand some things... and makes mistakes... Like this ... With Troy. I can´t believe this , in things like that i start to think in the human race. The people whi has the power acts like stupids sometimes, and don´t represent the people. This is a mistake... they have the wrong men... and still in their idea.
I like to be able to support these causes and we can support us too.
I love this photo...Troy is smiling... he has hope i think...
We hope that this case finished soon, and he can free.
A lot of love
Danielle

I like the pic of Troy Davis smiling! I think that is a smile of hope. I wish the best for Troy. Good luck.
Dear Rich: Thanks for the updating, the pics are amazing, but there is a pic that impressed me very much: the pic of the toilette, one sink for "White" people and other for coluor people,... how horrible it must have been living racism!
Unfortunately racism still exists in the world, and we must fight against any discrimination, in a peaceful manner.
All my respect and admiration to you and the persons of the delegation that visited Troy. You make a big work!
Greetings from Santiago de Chile.
Daniela Gómez Almendra :)
Well, the best thing is when every human is smiling, like in your latetst photo-upload!
Hi, I have a stupid question about the pic with the white flagpole. Maybe, because my english isn´t good enough. Do they execute the people really there in the green grass? What I also, don´t understand from the U.S.A. is how often do I hear american politics saying: In god we trust. So, how are they able to accept murder aka death penalty as a respectable punishment? And if politics don´t trust in god, don´t they think it´s ridiculous to have this punishment, when even animals don´t do things like that. It looks like animals have more brain than humans. Ok, I really don´t like death penalty! It´s nice to see Troy Davis smile. Thanks, for the photoblog, Richard.
Awesome photoblog. :) What a great cause. Keep it up!
Thanks Richard for keeping us updated.
And thanks for what you're doing
We continue supporting you
Big hug from here
You have all my respect and admiration for what you are doing for this person, and against death penalty. We will do what we can, by signing petitions and supporting you and Amnesty International to stop this insane practice. Thank you Richard.
The constancy and perseverance achieve that calm is reflected in the acts of justice for the truth to shine by itself in front of the eyes of men.
Thanks for doing this for Troy!
Here in Mexico you've got our support.
xxSam
I' wil pray for you and Troy. good luck for you both.
Richard what you're doing is a good example from everyone to follow, i'm particulary interested in this topic and I've made copies of Troy Davis' case for my partners at University so everybody gets involved in this.
Looking forward to more news. Go on Richard! If we are all together we can change this world.
Thank you.
Don't give up, good luck! xx
if only 1 person does something different,it makes a huge difference. thank you....:-)
Hi Richard
That prison looks really frightening...
I'm glad that you had finally met Troy
Have a good rest after these hectic days
A big hug for you
Thank you very much R!
Well done and God bless you.
A big hug from Buenos Aires / Argentina.
Thanks Rich for the updating.
Your actions make us think about the things that really matter.
Good luck!
Hugs from Colombia
Please know that you are acting on behalf of so many of us who feel the frustration of not being able to do something more concrete to help... Let us hope that so much solidarity and determination will make the crucial difference, for Troy and for many others. Wishing you all the best on this journey.
Heather
I really wanted to say something of value, but what can one say in the face of such an amazing group of people, such a strong and meaningful campaign and such a courageous person named Troy Davis? In my humble silence i pay you all my respects.
Sending you thoughts & support for this trip & for the campaign.

Thanks Richard for the updating

Thank you for keeping us updated!
*Congressman Lewis' office is impressive.
Good luck, guys!

I forgot to say - excellent observation of the State of Georgia Constitution; "Moderation" - I thought it was only the British that did irony.............
Hello - thanks for the photo updates, (and Kim's Tweets).
Is there any chance you could add a description to the photograph of the monochrome photo? Aside from the lunacy of segregation, it's hard to tell what it's actually depicting.
Good luck to you all for the visit to see Troy.
Dear Richard,
thank you for your commitment to this issue, your Italian friends support you and this cause.

hi rich: I hope all is fine there. lot of strength! to troy and his family and a lot of strength for you. You're a great person!. lot of love to you!.
Camila. from Chile.
Having grown up in a state where capital punishment still exists, I've long taken for granted the fact that this is an archaic practice that has long been abolished elsewhere in the world. I had read about the Troy Davis case with some interest a while back and was admittedly surprised and intrigued to discover Keane/Richard's involvement. While I've yet to come to any permanent conclusions, I have been intrigued enough to read more not only about this case, but also about the death penalty as a whole. I've been truly moved by the efforts of those involved in this case -- it is a great and important reminder that human life is precious, that our legal system and laws are so often flawed (and at the cost of human lives). Thank you for raising awareness and putting a face to an issue that many of us often overlook.
My hopes and prayers are with Troy Davis and his family; there is no reason why this man should not be allowed every chance to prove his innocence and spared his life.
Your efforts have most certainly challenged me to think harder and research a practice that I have never given much thought to -- with Troy's case fresh in my mind and heart, I will never see the death penalty in the same light.
RICH: thanks for making us concious about this thinghs that are happening in our world. we have to defend life, it can´t be possible that inocent people is being killed everyday (because of crimes, war, contamination) and the government of important countries as the US have to be the example and avoid these thinghs continue happening. they have to stop using this method, violence just generates more violence...i can´t imagine the pain Troy family is going through...... Never give up Rich, Troy and people who love you, we´ll be supporting you. Kisses and hugs from Argentina
Oh,Richard. In Argentina, We help for this good cause. Nobody have this bad and illogical method in the world.
Hugs from Buenos Aires, Ayelen.
all my support for all the ppl helping Troy Davis. !! i´ll follow you on Kim´s blog too...!
Death penalty is a terrible and illogical method. especially when it comes to innocent as Troy Davis. I support you from afar on your trip, and all you are doing for human rights.
Richard, you're a great person and I'll be following your blog.
A big hug form Colombia
P.S: sorry for my bad english.
Hi Richard! I would say many things but my english is not very good =/ ... I Just want to say, Thanks Richard for being an example for others! Yeah! :D...
I hope a good end for the case of Troy Davis. ;)
Greetings from Santiago de Chile.
From the end of the world,
Daniela.
Thanks for raising awareness of Troy's case like this, Richard. I wrote to Troy a few weeks ago and was astonished - and very humbled - to receive a handwritten reply. I couldn't believe that this man had taken time out to write to me, a stranger - and from death row, an unimaginable place for those of us who are free. I wear a wristband with "I am Troy Davis" to show my support and do my own tiny bit to raise awareness and get people talking. I hope that Troy is granted a new trial and the chance to clear his name and prove his innocence.
Hi, I hope there´s a change this time. The institution of law, was made for everybody to have their chances to be treaten right and get a fair process. I don´t support the death penalty, because no one has the right to make this decision, even someone´s crime is inhuman. At least that is the reason of the foundation of "Law & Justice". But, to adjudge people, without even having a fair hearing and punishing for death penalty I ask myself, where´s the sense of "Law"? On the other hand, I believe there are many people, who supports that the rights people have aren´t just words and still do keep & work in memory with the moral of the Justice. Sorry, my english isn´t better! I really hope, that this case will go his right way and Troy Davis get a fair hearing and the right judgement, without manipulation! I´m not a lawyer, to know, what´s the right process & execution for him. But I don´t support, that people get punished for things, they might have not done. And, so do I hope, that it will make a change for all the others, who might suffer for the same reasons. Maybe, just wishful thinking, but shouldn´t be a change? Thanks for supporting people like Troy Davis, who are people without a voice, because somebody took it them away.
Richard you really are a great person and I agree with everything you are doing, best of luck with everything.xxx.
love daviniaalison.uk.
Nice one Richard. Cheers, Niluccio.
Only a deep seriousness gives us the ability to cope with the horrors that manifest in the world. The reflexive action cultivates society and, thus, understanding becomes the most powerful tool of culture and life.
HI DEAR RICH! I signed the petition; I think it´s a very important issue. All the fingers of people who believe in justice are crossed for Troy Davis. Thank you for spreading the news, I just knew about this case from you. Thank you! LOTS OF LOVE TO YOU AND MY FAVOURITE BAND, TOMMY, TIMMY, JESSE... and of course Beth, Ant, Andy and all the staff. We love you, guys! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
We all are Troy. The frequency around the earth is equal to the frequency of the human brain, if one is affected, we are all affected. The death penalty is an appalling crime against us all. May this be, once again, a wake up call!
It's mindboggling that in this so-called ''civilized'' day and age we live in, that we are still dealing with such flawed laws and miscarriages of justice. I thank you for the awareness you have brought to us, and wish you luck! Hopefully, your dedication to Troy's case will result in a successful outcome for him and influence some positive and permanent changes to the legal system.
Thanks Richard!
We'll try to do everything we can, by the internet, signing petition and why not talking with people in the pubs, in the shops about this..starting from little thing of every days...
Love
Death penalty is something terrible. Nobody must decide about each other's life.
Good luck with your campaign, Richard. I hope Troy will be free soon.
This world needs more people like you
Have a good trip
I'll be following this blog
Richard, I'm truly amazed by your devotion on human rights. Thank you so much for doing this...You've got our support!..Good Luck! xxSam
A sentence of life without the possibility of parole accomplishes the same objective of community safety non-violently. All democracies worldwide have abolished the death penalty, why is it still so active here?
Let me know if you need any volunteers in Savannah. We can get a group down there in to time.
Richard, When meeting you in Cleveland I could really tell how much you cared about this person and his situation. You are awe-inspiring and I hope that Troy's horrible nightmare is soon over. Troy is very lucky to have you on his side. Through you (and others) more people know about his situation and hopefully he will be free soon! All best wishes to you and Troy! Good luck! I'm with you all the way. - Kristin
Best of luck in Washington. It's a great thing that you do this in your spare time. I'm looking forward to your pictures and I hope things will work out.
There's been enough violence, torture and death to leave this world bloodstained for generations to come - the last thing we need is the cycle being perpetuated by supposedly educated and intelligent people.
The death penalty is a futile and irreversible method punishment that leaves us all no more civilised than those who are condemned to it.
Best of luck with your campaign - may Troy Davis' case be the butterfly wing that starts a hurricane.
I look forward to seeing your blog.
We're with you all in spirit : ) xx
Dear Richard, I've been following and supporting Troy's case since you wore that t-shirt on Jools Holland. I am supporting you all the way and I hope Troy now gets the fair hearing and justice he deserves, I am thinking of you all and wish you a safe journey. I firmly believe we can all make a difference if we work together. Samantha.
