Guantanamo guard reunited with ex-inmates
Interesting story and on Newsnight tonight. Worth watching

I believe that President Obama can do his job very well. We just have to understand that nobody is perfect and he sometimes can’t control everything. Now, he has many critics and Gore Vidal is one. For those of you who don't know who he is, Gore Vidal is one of most famous American authors over the past 50 years. He started off working for MGM, co wrote the epic Ben-Hur, and wrote Myra Breckinridge, a groundbreaking novel about a post-op transsexual. He's been a fierce critic of a lot of things, but lately in interviews he's been taking aim at Barack Obama, as he doesn't think he's doing anything good, and that we will see a dictatorship arise in the United States. (How it's going to work is that the Republicans will take over after Barack fails in the next election and things will get out of control – and he isn't alone in that opinion.) Maybe Gore Vidal is right – we should get payday loans and head to Canada. For loans, click: http://personalmoneystore.c...

All of these Lego recreations are incredible, such a great way to convey the horrific human rights abuses that are going on in a much more accessible way. Superb!
im sure its a great book, all those who love samantha powers books, please watch the documentary that she appears in about the Armenian Genocide called 'Screamers'
this link is one that I feel strongly about being an Armenian myself. I think there's a part of spiritual unrest to the Armenian nation itself when Obama denies to admit the crimes as 'Genocide' - But, the difference is, if he says it is genocide, will it restitute what happened? I don't think so... Its not the USA that should be talking, its Turkey.
Good work! Nice pics, thanks for sharing them!

So not only has Obama upheld Mr Bush's retroactive immunity for the illegal wire tapping of every American he is also a war criminal and lie for not ridding the USA of a get out clause for respecting human rights, it is a fundamental right not to be tortured but apparently not according to Obama.
But what do you expect from the new AIPAC puppet...
