I hope the Syrian authorities will stop and listen to what people are saying all around the world - stop the violence now!
Turn the table around, would those people in the syrian government accept on themselves what they do unto others?
This will never be forgotten, it will never lose it's power.

View all comments (7 more)You sign the petition and maybe forget about it, thinkinf that it goes off into cyber space, but there we are, our names printed off, and our voices whispering inside the walls of the embassy! GOOD.
Very good.. Inshallah the embassy will think hard about the killings and torture in Syria and help put a stop to the regime.
I remember seeing this for the first time years ago, one of the most powerful things I have ever seen, something so simple can stay in your mind for the rest of your life. This man has truly made one hell of an impact.
nice dear friends
Truly appalling and another example of how devalued Palestinian life is viewed from the Israeli perspective.
don't know who he is but funny!!!!
I honestly cannot believe this. How someones sexual orientation affects their professional life is beyond me. General Sheehan ought to apologise for his foolish statement. I don't know much about the Balkan conflict but Sheehan clearly fails to address the wider issues surrounding the awful events at Srebrenica such as when the UN is allowed to activly intervene in a state conflict. To think this guy was once in a NATO commander-terrifying!
