Kutie29 - Amazingly, I experienced the same problem as you. My younger sister stumbled across a battered Piers Morgan book, one that contained photographs of this incredibly sick torture. She was just rigid with horror and I found it so difficult to explain the occurrences that had resulted in this twisted behaviour. Now she has very little to do with world issues and alters her opinions to suit those of her peers. It continually frightens me that these horrendous actions could have such a profound impact on the younger generation.

It really is about time that attitudes changed in this country. Rape is a very serious crime according to the law, but the judiciary often seems to dimiss it out of hand.

Aloha, if you had read my comment you'd notice that what you quoted was my impression of the previous comments. I was making the same point as you. The previous comments were egregious.

I certainly wasn't advocating torture or eternal damnation. I was commenting on, get this, the violence and condemnation seen throughout the blog posts. In fact, I'm rather sure my post was the first such post. The comment you quoted to show how bad the previous comments were, was my analogy as to how bad the previous comments were.

I don't know, maybe Nicaragua still lacks population and they want to add it up. Wilson Phillips is being looked at on the internet, in more numbers than they used to be looked at. It's because of Mackenzie Phillips, the sister of Chynna Phillips (the Phillips in the group) and her revealing of an incestuous relationship with her father, John Phillips from the Mamas and the Papas. (Dream a little dream – of incest! All the leaves are down, and he's disgusting!) So, for those who don't know – a little Wilson Phillips trivia – the Wilsons in the group are sisters, Carnie Wilson and Wendy Wilson, both of whom are the daughters of Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys. They had one hit album, and then dropped off the scene. Still, Wilson Phillips did well for themselves, and probably aren't looking for private money lenders these days.
