What people are saying about torture

  • I think we, as a people, need to go ahead and admit that gay rights are a civil rights issue. It's a regulation of personal and private behavior, an invasion of privacy, and the worst of the totalitarian instincts of the human species. When Constance McMillen was barred from taking her partner to her prom, it was entirely right to bring the ACLU on board – luckily for her, they don't charge so she won't need payday loans for attorney fees – to back up her student rights to bring whoever the heck she darn well saw fit to the prom, as long as that person wasn't a danger. When, oh when, will everyone grow up about this issue?

  • Hope you like it!

  • Very stimulating and food for thought!
    Congratulations!
