The claim that 'it worked' is now admitted to be hearsay, if not deliberate misinformation.

Very stimulating and food for thought!
Congratulations!

I totally agree!
Respect is necessary in a committed relationship or in any relationship between men and women such as employer and employee.
Without respect and equality there would be anarchy.
So the paragraph says "some Security Services officials appear to have a dubious record relating to actual involvement, and frankness about any such involvement". in other words they were most likely complicit in torture. What happens now? Prosecution?

Not sure I understand well your ''thoughts'', Smkhaled, but basically you are trying to say that the present Bangladesh government is authoritarian, right? That's bad..
PLEASE STOP STOP
Kutie29 - Amazingly, I experienced the same problem as you. My younger sister stumbled across a battered Piers Morgan book, one that contained photographs of this incredibly sick torture. She was just rigid with horror and I found it so difficult to explain the occurrences that had resulted in this twisted behaviour. Now she has very little to do with world issues and alters her opinions to suit those of her peers. It continually frightens me that these horrendous actions could have such a profound impact on the younger generation.
An intelligent idea, however as this information is not in the main stream or colloquial knowledge, musicians may never even image that their art is used in this way.
it looks really unbelievable! I'll definately try to watch this.
