Rape during election times in Zimbabwe is something I always knew existed in Zimbabwe but I was not aware of its extent. It is sad that Mugabe is still the President of Zimbabwe. This article makes you want to scream. When will this suffering of the Zimbabwean people ever end?.
I think we, as a people, need to go ahead and admit that gay rights are a civil rights issue. It's a regulation of personal and private behavior, an invasion of privacy, and the worst of the totalitarian instincts of the human species. When Constance McMillen was barred from taking her partner to her prom, it was entirely right to bring the ACLU on board – luckily for her, they don't charge so she won't need payday loans for attorney fees – to back up her student rights to bring whoever the heck she darn well saw fit to the prom, as long as that person wasn't a danger. When, oh when, will everyone grow up about this issue?
It's really risky for a mother to undergo delivery of her kid. Like what any other mother said, they have a 50-50 ratio of their lives whenever they give birth to their children. Hopefully, the government provide enough budget for this kind of need of mothers.Steven from school grants

Wonderful initiative!
I totally agree!
Respect is necessary in a committed relationship or in any relationship between men and women such as employer and employee.
Without respect and equality there would be anarchy.
Is great to see that this issue is finally being taken seriously & that action is happening to raise awareness. For Sierra Leone the children really are the future & we should be working together to ensure the health of their mothers at all stages of their pregnancy & childbirth. This should be done in a manner that upholds human rights including free health care which in some areas is occuring.
This is something which gives me sleepless nights each time I look at vulnerable babies. We are living in the 21st century and yet children are still dying for lack of proper care. tTis should stop.
it is so abhorrent that in the year 2010, five years away from the dubious achievement of the millenium goals, that one eighth of women in sierra leone are still dying in child birth. This is not only shocking and horrific, but is a severe wake up call that something must be done to prevent maternal mortality in the developing world.
This is disgraceful...
