i have close knowledge of another person on death row who although committing some crimes was certainly convicted on false evidence of the crime that led to his death penalty. he has spent years fighting his case and i have watched him develop into a much more complete human being than i could hope to be. to murder someone like troy davis for any crime wether committed or not and in troy's case it seems not is barbaric and actually flies in the face of the god they profess to love. to hold some one in prison with the death penalty hanging over them is also a form of mental torture which if it took place in a country which is part of the axis of eviil would be trumpetted all over the world by the american administration. i only hope the many decent americans get their way when obama is in power.
