I really think a lot of people don't get it, personally I don't want to get it. Nervous laughter isn't good. The audience are not sure a lot of the time. At the Amnesty Ball she is playing to an audience that probably have a better understanding but I can just imagine this kind of material going out to a much wider audience, many will be laughing for completely the wrong reasons.
