<title>Comments for The Military Commission Act of 2006</title>
    <link>/videos/the-military-commission-act-of-2006</link>
<description>Can somebody be held indefinitely without access to a lawyer and without being charge in the U.S.?
Yes if he is not an American and classified as 'enemy combatant'.
This tragedy of law was passed in 2006 and is in conflict with international law and the Geneva conventions.
An example on how 'the capital of the free world' should not be an example to the rest of the world.

Without US flouting of human rights and international insitutions, it would have been unthinkable for instance that Russia would have invaded Georgia.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;</description>
