After reading the book more than a year ago, it's good to see that ICTs help to spread the message.
Connection between Milton Friedman's Chicago Boys & CIA and massacres in Latin America (Chile, Argentina etc.), China (Tiananmen Sq '89), Iraq, South Africa as well as Chicago School experiments in Central and Eastern post-Communist states, Russia and North America itself.
